Ordered 2 orders of Mongolia Beef an another combo dish. My order online said $47.10 for some reason they charged my card $52.07. Also, when I get my orders it was 13 pieces of Mongolia Beef with alot of gravy. Seriously, I paid $52.07 For Alot of rice, cause we did not have No Mongolia Beef to put on our rice. Which is B.S. I am a regularly at Dragoon City, An this Really is Messed Up. When I called to ask them can they send us some more Mongolia Beef out. They tell me that I have to pay for extra meat. That's not Right. They just lost a regularly customer 😕.

Says won’t deliver more than 5 miles. It is 1.2 miles from my house and they will not deliver order . WTF do you offer delivery for if YOU won’t deliver? And they are RUDE AF. Never will I deal with them again.

Ordered food through site. Included tip. When the guy delivered it there was no receipt. I asked if I needed to sign and he said no. I could see where the receipt had been stapled to the bag. The next day my card notified me that the amount had been adjusted to include tip. I had already included it. And the amount it was added too was more then the total had been the day before.

We ordered 3-17 for pickup. Almost a 74$ order. Waited for an hour to go pick up the order. We were told that is wasn't finished yet. 20 minutes later, they gave up 1 bag of food. We were missing 4 items. 2 complete meals, spring rolls, and Rangoon. Brought this to the attention of the female working. She the lady working was completely unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. 10-12 minutes later we inquired about where the rest of our food was. She literally said, “ I’ll check on it” she never did. She kept answering the phone and giving other customers their food. Approached the counter to ask how much longer it would be and the only thing she said over and over again was” you need to be on the other side of the table”. I was wearing an n95 mask, but she refused to give me an eta. I returned to the front of the restaurant and a gentleman brought 2 of the items. He did not know we were still needing the other two items. He was quite pleasant, apologetic, and quickly gave us the rest of the order. 1 hour and 38 minutes to get out order with no apologies from the front end staff. Completely unacceptable.
I will not order again,

The quality is not as good as it used to be . And customer service is completely out of the question they are so rude . I eat there quite often but I will never do it again . They always lose my order and end up missing my lunch break . Save your time and money and go somewhere else that appreciates it .

Had a 70 dollar order. I have everything BUT my sweet and sour chicken. I even have the sauce but not the chicken that my mother ordered. I call and a nice lady says it will take 30-40 minutes to send it out. Okay we paid for it whatever. 1 hr and 15 minutes later and i call and this lady without good english is arguing with me saying i already have it when I do indeed not. Ive never had a problem ive never been disrespectful and especially have never been a liar and then she starts yelling and saying well you just need to wait after basically telling me I'm lying and i have it. Which I dont. We are 1hr and 30 minutes in and my mother has still not received the food she paid for. I am beyond angry i will get her chicken for her tonight or her money back and ig my favorite place to eat just lost mine and my families business.

This restaurant employees have a nasty attitude their wait time sucks and has the nerve when I walk in to pickup my order a roach meeting me at the counter along with my food waiting on the counter I will never go here again and I pray for the food they are feeding everyone #nastyasses

Horrible customer service!!!! I called to order my food and instead of being greeted as a paying customer I was talked to as if I was causing a problem by attempting to place an order with the a young lady by the name of Latina. Don't know if all the employees at this establishment are this disrespectful and unprofessional but what i do know is...anybody who doesn't respect a hardworking, paying customer deserves doesn't deserve to have your hard earned money. I'll never try to eat here again!!!!
